Spa therapy

Showers

  • under SPA water at about 37°C
  • Length : 3 minutes

Its effects vary according to the temperature and the water pressure. SEDATIVE when the temperature approaches 37°C and the pressure is low. TONIC when the pressure is stronger.

Massage under water
  • dispensed by an HYDROTHERAPIST
  • under SPA water at about 37°C
  • Length : 10 or 20 minutes (according to the medical prescription)

You are lying on a mattress so as to receive the fine shower from a sprinkler under low pressure located above you. This technique reinforces the SEDATIVE EFFECTS of the massage. These massages carried out in a spa atmosphere have more sedative properties than ordinary massages: they are particularly advised for insomnia troubles.

Bath with shower in immersion

The spa patient in a bath profits from a VENTRAL massage carried out by a shower head fixed at an end of the medium of the bath.
